Beacon Village (3) separate homes

These homes received over 8 feet of water intrusion during Hurricane Helene.

We are currently providing and installing insulation throughout the homes.

Interior task may include installing flooring, cabinets, painting, and general carpentry.

Black Mountain Project

This home received about 2 foot of water intrusion during Hurricane Helene. The homeowner received the very first Cabin built on site by Cabins4Christ.

We are currently remodeling the interior of the home after we replaced the shingle roof with a new metal roof.

Interior task include installing flooring, cabinets, painting, and general carpentry.

Clyde, North Carolina

Sweet Fellowship Church in Clyde North Carolina received over 7 feet of water intrusion during Hurricane Helene.

We are currently providing mold and mildew mitigation.

Interior task to include hanging sheetrock, finishing sheetrock, ceramic tile on the floors, general carpentry.

Barnardsville Project

The Barnardsville project is a single wide trailer in need of moderate repairs to include flooring, paneling, electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, as well as minor roof repairs.

Exterior repairs to the home as well as weather permits.

Do I need to bring my own tools?

Campers Care Ministry does provide all necessary tools and supplies at the project location. We do recommend bringing shoes such as work boots / steel toed shoes typically worn on construction sites. If you opt to bring your own tools we recommend they are well marked so that you can keep up with them. Campers Care is not responsible for the replacement of lost or misplaced tools.

Can I bring my travel trailer or motor home?

Campers Care does not offer overnight camping at any of our project locations.

What skill sets do I need to volunteer?

We recognize everyone is created with a variety of God given talents. Each project location will have task that will accommodate every volunteer.

Will I be required to sign a liability waiver?
